Commodore’s Cove – Bayshore Boulevard

This $1.7 million hurricane restoration project on historic Bayshore Boulevard involved comprehensive rehabilitation of four first-floor condominium units, along with full restoration of the building's lobby and clubhouse.

Scope also included removal and replacement of the lower four feet of the perimeter wall system to address storm-related damage and improve long-term resilience. The result restored structural integrity while modernizing common areas and enhancing durability against future storm events.
